3D Model of a Mechanical Mousetrap Racer

Mousetrap Racer

A simple mousetrap provides the power in this 3D printed racer. The racer uses the stored mechanical potential energy of a spring to create forward motion, using that energy to unwind a axle string creating a rotational action, which in turn, makes the wheels turn. Pliers and a knife are needed to remove the supports. Super glue, files or sandpaper are needed for final assembly.
