Welcome to the YSoft be3D Academy website. Pages hosted on domain be3dacademy.ysoft.com (hereinafter the „Website“) are operated by Y Soft Corporation, a.s., a company incorporated under the laws of Czech Republic, registered by the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, File No. 8045, with its registred office at Technická 2948/13, Královo Pole, 616 00 Brno, Czech Republic (hereinafer the „Provider, us“)

1.    About.

The Website is a non-public educational and research portal dedicated to the promotion of 3D printing and its  utilization in Education. The target group of users are teachers at institutions that have the potential to effectively utilize 3D printing technology in conjunction with the Provider’s products in their lessons. Access to the Website is restricted to the invited users who received their login credentials.

2.    Permitted use of the Website.

Access to the Website is granted upon entering correct login credentials. Login credentials are unique for each user. The use of the Website is limited for the user's own study purposes and the use of the Website's content in teaching as further defined by these Terms of use.

3.    Prohibited use of the Website.

You agree not to share your login credentials with third persons. You agree not to use the Website, specifically any materials or services that you may obtain through its use, in a manner that is prohibited by law and / or can cause harm and/or damages to others. It is forbidden to use the Website in violation of these Terms of Use. Violation of these Terms of use, may result in termination of your access.

4.    Copyright.

All content published on the Website, including texts, images, model files and others, is protected by the copyright of the Provider. All rights reserved.

5.    Permitted use of copyright objects.

The Provider hereby grants to each user a territorially unlimited license to use audio/visual materials, images, model files and texts of individual lessons ("Educational materials") for educational purposes. This license includes the use, reproduction and distribution of Educational materials to the students within the limit of user's own classroom education activities. Grant of license is subject to the use of Educational materials in conjunction with 3D printers manufactured by the Provider. In particular, the license does not include the right to share Educational materials with other teachers and other third parties (we will be happy to send an invitation to your colleagues) and use the Educational materials in conjunction with 3D printers of other manufacturers without our prior consent (which we will gladly give you upon assessing your application, mostly if your institution uses a mix of ours and other 3D printers). The license is granted for an indefinite period of time; however the Operator is entitled to terminate the license at any time with immediate effect by publishing a notice on the Website.

6.    User input.

Any material, information or other communication you transmit to the Website (hereinafter the “User input”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Provider will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the User input and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

7.     Exclusion of liability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits that may arise, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with your access to or use of the Website or in connection with its content or any data published there. We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether created by users of the Website, by the Provider or caused by technical equipment, software applications associated with the Website or human error that may occur when processing the data entered on the Website. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may have suffered and which may have been caused by your use or attempted use of the Website or any content published there.

We process your personal data to enable your use of the Website.

3.    Means of processing.

The processing is carried out in electronic form by our IT systems.

4.    Your rights with respect to the personal data processing.

Under the applicable data protection laws, you have following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

•    right to correct the personal data;
•    right to object to personal data processing;
•    right to request the remedy of a situation in conflict with the law, in particular by suspending the processing of, correcting, completing or destroying the personal data;
•    right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection, and
•    the right to erasure of personal data and the right to restriction of the processing of personal data under the conditions laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

5.    Term of processing.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of your access to the Website. You can terminate your access anytime by sending an email to marketing@ysoft.com.

6.    Categories of personal data processed.

We process your login credentials and any other personal data you provided us with in order to obtain login credentials.

7.    Automatically collected information.

We collect information about your visit to our sites, including what pages you view, the number of bytes transferred, the links you click, the materials you access and other actions taken within the Website. We may combine this information with your personal information  and use the combined information in accordance with this privacy statement. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and capabilities.

8.    Personal data processors.

We use 3rd party suppliers for some of our IT services and infrastructure. If needed, your personal data may be provided to our suppliers in the position of personal data processors. We take full responsibility in line with the applicable personal data protection regulations to safeguard the same level of protection for your personal data when processed by such 3rd parties.

Y SOFT would like to point out that any setting change is always related to a given browser only. If a customer uses multiple browsers, they must change the settings in each browser individually. In addition, a customer may erase cookies from the media memory whenever they like. More information is available in the browser functions or operating system.
 
You can set up your browser at any time to accept all cookies, to block them or to determine when they should be sent. Please bear in mind that a website is set up so that it works with the cookies allowed, so that in case of their blockage, several features of the website may not work correctly.

  • DoubleClick Digital Marketing – integration of the Doubleclick Campaign Manager service, activation of remarketing and reporting functions of adverts in analytics, the optimization of content marketing, optimization of marketing search tools, web speed;
  • AdSense – AdSense in analytics, content grouping, website search, events, behavior flow overview, target creation and management, target flow, assignment, acquisition overviews, user behavior.

 
Information generated by a cookie on website usage (including your IP address) can be sent and stored on servers in the United States.
